Shipping Rates & Times

• Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.
• Standard shipping (orders under $50): $8 flat rate, 3–5 business days.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
• International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.

Returns

• We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email our support team with your order number.
• Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging; we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving it.
• Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Want a different scent or size? Start a return for your original item and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get your exchange moving.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
